Seniors First extensively work towards reducing the overall expenditure of senior citizens/residents of the UAE through its digital platform. It endeavors to help seniors, most of whom face an income gap post-retirement, in making the best choices for their purchases and saving money while managing their limited budgets.
The Seniors First App offers exclusive deals/packages for senior citizens/residents, and acts as a platform to the sellers of products and services specific to senior citizens/residents to connect with their customers, thus, bridging the gap between the sellers and their senior buyers.
Seniors First was founded in 2021, with the vision to improve the quality of life of senior citizens/residents by promoting their economic empowerment and social inclusion. It is a unique digital application with the right functionality and concept that aims to attract more senior customers and make their lives easy and convenient by providing them with an opportunity to make budget-friendly purchases from the convenience of their homes with the best customer service experience.

Dr Maha Shedid is a bilingual (English/ Arabic) university educator at the Faculty of Management/ Marketing at the College of Business (CoB), Abu Dhabi University, UAE. She has 14 years of teaching experience. Maha earned both her PhD and MSc from Aberdeen, Scotland, UK. Maha is also a trainer and a coach delivering trainings on Business Communication, Customer Service and Business Etiquette and Persuasive skills at leading Abu Dhabi business institutions like ADIB, ECSSR, ADNOC, Zones Corp to name a few.
