To Whom We May Disclose Your Information

All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.

We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit/debit card information, or personal information to any third party without your permission, but we cannot be responsible or held liable for the actions of third party sites from which you may have linked or been directed to Seniors First App.

 

  • Transactions and services involving other Businesses: We make available to you products and Services provided by third parties businesses, we may engage with businesses who are affiliates of us and/or non-affiliated service providers (e.g. logistics businesses used to deliver products to you, marketing companies, payments processors to process online transactions, etc.). They may store your Information related to those transactions. By using our Platform, you hereby freely and specific consent to the transfer, storage, use, and disclosure of your Information among businesses who are affiliates of us and/or non-affiliated service providers, wherever located.

You understand that it is important that such businesses have access to the relevant Information to perform their functions. These businesses shall be contractually bound to respect the confidentiality of your Information.

For example, we may provide advertisers with Information to help them reach the kind of audience they want to target and to enable us to comply with our commitments to our advertisers (e.g. by displaying their advertisements to a target audience).
